אכסניי, א׳ פרכאm. (read אכסנופרוכא Xenoparochus) one who provides for strangers or soldiers, quartermaster. Y.B. Kam.III, 3c top ההן א׳ פ׳ … שרי למיחשדוניהוכ׳ (read למישחדוניה) it is permissible to bribe the quartermaster (to let you off) before the Romans enter (the place), but not after that (when one mans release from quartering duty is a direct injury to the other inhabitants).
